1. DESCRIPTION

Julien Caquineau, from Greenland and Denmark, gives us his Tuluaq design! This is a compact wing, using the basic geometry of the gnuA, but with more cells, full diagonal ribs, a very simplified line design (two main lines per riser), experienced and effective gnuA airfoil slimmed down to 18%, special air inlet s design, and many hours of tests and flying in the dunes and cliffs in the coast of Denmark, to finally find the ideal setup. The result is a masterpiece! Simple, fun, and effective, Tuluaq!

There's no need to say anything more..., just watch two of the Tuluaq-19 videos in flight near the sea:

LAB NOTE: Build a paraglider at home is a very complicated task (even simple skin), and requires many hours of work. Previous experience is required, and very inventive. As always remember that: The free flight implies risks that can only be known and they can be controled with a suitable formation on the part of a recognized school. Not test wings without knowing their functioning. The construction and test of experimental wings without certifying requires deep knowledge of what is being made.
